Cleaning Supervisor

The Cleaning Squad is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and oversee cleaning operations and cleaning staff members.

This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 4+ years of experience leading one or more Professional Cleaners to facilitate clean‑up at commercial and residential properties, or construction sites. The candidate is ready to step into a leadership position overseeing field operations, safety, compliance, and quality control.

• Supervise and perform clean‑up (rough, final, and touch‑up phases)
• Oversee field crews on commercial and residential job sites
• Lead and mentor Lead Cleaners, and Professional Cleaners
• Coordinate project scheduling and labor deployment
• Train and mentor crew members on jobsite procedures and safety
• Conduct quality control inspections prior to job completion
• Ensure proper use of commercial equipment (HEPA vacuums, floor machines, extractors, pressure washers)
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and proper chemical handling
• Maintain documentation for compliance and internal tracking
• Collaborate with leadership on estimating and scope development

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in clean‑up within the past 10 years
• Experience supervising crews on active job sites
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety protocols
• Reliable transportation and valid CA driver’s license
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are a veteran‑owned residential and commercial cleaning company. We provide general maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, post‑construction clean‑up, move‑in/out cleaning, Airbnb housekeeping and event cleaning services.
