Production Associate; Packaging & Assembly

Trident Consulting is seeking a Production Associate (Packaging & Assembly) for one of our client in Temecula, CA (Onsite) A global leader in business and technology services.

• Shift: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We are seeking a Production Associate / Packaging Operator to support final production operations. The role involves packaging, kit assembly, labeling, filling operations, and working with automated equipment in a manufacturing/lab environment.

• Apply labels, assemble kits, and package products.
• Operate automated equipment (auto-labelers, auto-baggers, auto-cappers).
• Fill liquid and solid products into bottles/vials using pipettes, pumps, spatulas, scoops, or automation.
• Perform material measurements, calculations, and record batch data.
• Execute aseptic techniques and filling operations safely.

• Operate standard production and filling equipment.
• Use Biological Safety Cabinets (BSC) and Laminar Flow Workstations.
• Use lab equipment such as scales and fume hoods.
• Assist in process/equipment validations and verifications.

• Verify product quality and follow procedures accurately.
• Report inconsistencies or non-conformances.
• Maintain documentation and good laboratory practices.
• Handle and dispose of biological and chemical hazardous materials safely.
• Use required PPE (lab coat, gloves, safety glasses, N95 respirator).

• Troubleshoot low-complexity issues.
• Collaborate with Quality, Distribution, and Data teams.
• Perform ERP/system transactions and data collection.
• Support 6S/housekeeping activities.
• Stock and distribute supplies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs
