We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing Assembler to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products, ensuring quality standards, and meeting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble components and products according to specifications and work instructions.

* Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects or issues.

* Operate and maintain assembly equipment safely and efficiently.

* Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to workplace safety regulations.

* Work as part of a team to meet production quotas and deadlines.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Assist in troubleshooting assembly line issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

* Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field is a plus.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics (preferred).

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

* Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools and power tools.

* Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

* Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.

* Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
