Semiconductor Fab Operator – Temp to Hire

Location: Temecula, CA

Pay: $20.00/hour

Shift: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available (Overtime + Saturdays)

We are seeking Semiconductor Operators to join a growing semiconductor manufacturing team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands‑on experience in wafer fabrication, process modules, and cleanroom operations who are ready to contribute to high‑precision manufacturing.

• Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment (PVD, CVD, Etch, Photolithography, CMP, etc.) with precision.
• Handle, inspect, and transport wafers, ensuring quality and traceability.
• Follow strict cleanroom, safety, and chemical handling protocols.
• Document process data, monitor tool performance, and support troubleshooting.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, chamber cleanings, and tool changeovers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, supporting operational efficiency.

• High school diploma or GED minimum.
• Strong experience in semiconductor or microelectronics fabrication, wafer handling, and cleanroom operations preferred.
• Ability to follow complex process flows and SOPs.
• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs in a controlled environment.
