Manufacturing Engineer

Our client is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting various technical manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking, adaptability, and strong technical skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support manufacturing processes in a regulated environment, including working in and out of a cleanroom setting.
• Lead complex technical manufacturing tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational standards.
• Identify key issues proactively, develop innovative solutions, and implement new methods to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Collaborate with peers and mentors through peer review processes to validate project approaches and verification activities.
• Assist in managing change orders and technical documentation, including technical writing and project support roles.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in science, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated or medical device industry.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment and understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Ability to support project management and adapt to dynamic manufacturing environments.
