Step into a pivotal role where your hands-on skills keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. As a Material Handler, you will be at the heart of the warehouse, ensuring that materials move seamlessly from receiving to production and shipping. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will uphold our high standards while supporting a dynamic team that values reliability and precision.
Required Skills:
* Ability to receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies
* Skilled in pulling, staging, and delivering materials to production lines promptly
* Competence in loading and unloading trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual methods
* Experience performing inventory counts and maintaining accurate records in inventory management systems (ERP or WMS preferred)
* Packaging and preparing products for shipment following company guidelines
* Strong adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain physical endurance for standing and walking for extended periods
* Basic computer and data entry skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience (training available if needed)
* Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
* Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse management software
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments is advantageous
Other Requirements:
* Willingness to adhere strictly to safety standards and protocols
* Flexibility to assist with general warehouse and manufacturing support tasks as assigned
