Injection Mold Machine Operator – Adecco US, Inc.

Location:

Temecula, CA. This temp-to-hire position offers overtime hours and a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The operator oversees injection molding machines to produce high-quality pre-forms, monitors equipment performance, maintains schedules, performs visual inspections, documents process parameters, and resolves defects to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review shift pass-down, 5S checklist, and report discrepancies.
  • Check production schedule and clarify priorities with supervisor.
  • Start machines, monitor pre-form production, and adjust as needed.
  • Maintain resin and materials (e.g., gaylords, bags, additives).
  • Resolve minor stops and perform basic maintenance and cleaning.
  • Inspect preforms regularly for defects; document and elevate issues.
  • Adjust processes to fix minor defects; log data in Supercep every 2 hours.
  • Complete daily production and efficiency reports.
  • Support mold changes and address leaks or blockages.
  • Train new hires and uphold safety, GMP, SOP, and IMS standards.
  • Maintain forklift certification and follow all safety procedures.
  • Assist with packaging, labeling, and data entry via Google Suite.
  • Communicate issues promptly and work collaboratively.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of recent injection mold machine operator experience.
  • Manufacturing or injection molding background strongly preferred.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and quality checks.
  • Familiar with SPC tools like Supercep and Google Suite for reporting.
  • Forklift certified preferred or able to certify within 30 days.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills.
  • Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, safety protocols, and LOTO procedures preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Shift Schedule
  • 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  • 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Pay and Benefits
  • Pay rates: $18.00-$24.00 per hour, with weekly overtime and weekend work.
  • Weekly pay: employees receive a paycheck every week.
  • Temp-to-hire opportunity with room for growth.
