Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a leader in the medical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing support team, focusing on enhancing production processes for medical extrusion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Temecula, CA

Pay Range: $45/hr

What's the Job?

• Support and optimize manufacturing processes for medical extrusion lines
• Evaluate and troubleshoot production equipment and processes
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and customers, to ensure seamless operations
• Create and modify manufacturing process documentation and reports

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience as a Process or Manufacturing Engineer in a related field
• Knowledge of manufacturing concepts such as Value Stream mapping, 5S, and Visual Workplace
• Experience with tools like Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk, and SPC for process improvement
• Ability to support regulatory compliance including FDA regulations and QMS standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
