Production Assembler-1st Shift

Job Summary

Pay: $21.50/hour

Location:

26879 Diaz Rd, Temecula, CA

Shift: Monday–Friday, starting at 5:00 am

• Perform departmental activities per standard operating procedures, MPS, and company philosophy.
• Read tags to verify material type, color, and size, ensuring accuracy.
• Complete quality control charts as required per standard operating procedures.
• Produce vent, window, or door panels with minimal breakage and acceptable quality.
• Keep all parts (rollers, screws, etc.) appropriately stocked at all times.
• Adhere to all relevant safety policies and procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment correctly.
• Work in a team-oriented environment, promoting collaboration.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment; window manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of glass handling and/or glass manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to compute basic math problems, including fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Mechanical aptitude and skill in reading tape measurements.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and color discrimination ability.
• Ability to lift 20–100 lbs per SOP.
• Capacity to work in a warehouse-type facility with standard environmental conditions.
• Use of hearing protection and safety glasses required; additional safety equipment provided as needed.
• Work surfaces primarily concrete with anti‑fatigue mats; employees may stand for up to 12 hours a day.
