Position: CNC Mill Programmer
Location: Temecula, CA
Pay: $42/hour
Type: Full-time;
Contract to Hire
Schedule: 7:00am to 3:30pm or 6:00am to 2:30pm
HB Staffing is seeking a CNC Mill Programmer to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Ability to develop CAD drawings and manufacturing documentation
• Experience creating and updating work instructions
• Knowledge of AS9100 manufacturing standards preferred
• Experience utilizing ERP systems such as Pro Shop preferred
• Strong knowledge of tooling, cutting strategies, feeds, and speeds
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Expertise using precision measuring instruments including:
  Micrometers, Calipers, Bore Gauges, Height Gauges, Indicators
• Strong mathematical and geometric skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement

• Proven experience programming CNC Mills with Fanuc controls in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 10 years' experience programming CNC Mills.
• Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM software such as Master Cam for designing parts and tooling.
• 5-axis milling experience.
• Experience with shop floor ERP software preferred.
