Reporting to an experienced Director of Med Surg and partnering with clinical educators, charge RNs, and service-line leaders, the Acute Care Manager will guide staffing and scheduling, throughput and bed management, infection prevention, patient experience, accreditation readiness, budgeting, and continuous improvement while receiving strong analyst, educator, and quality resources; this Med Surg RN Manager will mentor a friendly team of nurses and a diverse, interdisciplinary workforce—pharmacy, PT/OT, case management, social work—united by a Just Culture ethos and frontline-driven innovation.
