Required Skills:
* Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
* Proficient in documenting and reporting quality issues
* Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
* Effective communication skills within a team setting
Nice to Have
Skills:
* Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or other industry quality standards
* Experience with manufacturing or production environments
* Familiarity with calibration and testing equipment
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred
Education and Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent; technical or quality assurance training preferred
* Prior experience in a manufacturing quality control role, especially in nutritional, household, or pet products, is advantageous
* Experience with sanitation and safety protocols in a production setting
Other Requirements:
* Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
* Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, including temperature extremes and dusty environments
* Willingness to perform routine inspections, documentation, and minor troubleshooting
* Attention to cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company protocols
