About this LocationThis position is located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Temecula CA. We are in the heart of Southern California’s beautiful Temecula Valley, known for its award-winning wineries, vibrant Old Town, and strong sense of community. Whydo we need you
To perform in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner, a combination of duties mainly related to prepare food and serve breakfast to patrons at the counter or at tables, thereby contributing to a pleasant, positive guest experience.
What you will do- Prepare various breakfast items for our guest at a very fast pace during our complimentary breakfast service.
- Prep all breakfast ingredients and items for the next shift.
- Operate commercial kitchen appliances safely and efficiently.
- Properly store, label, and rotate unused ingredients and perishables.
- Properly rotates all incoming inventory.
- Ensure that all food items are properly handled and stored at the conclusion of the shift.
- Follow all health and safety codes.
- May clean food preparation equipment and work area to maintain a high sanitation standard.
- May clean counters or tables and may include cleaning of breakfast area.
- Work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Support the company’s core values, mission, and guest service philosophy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately.
- Skilled in using kitchen tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in food preparation.
- Good time-management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Banquet cook/server experience or willingness to be cross-trained is a plus.
- Previous cooking experience in a commercial kitchen is required
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This position is Full-Time and the role follows a rotating schedule (Monday-Sunday). The ability to work any scheduled day of the week and time of day, including holidays, based on business needs is required.

Requirements- High School completion or an equivalent level of education and experiences.
- Previous cook experience preferred.
