As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” at Skechers, you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level retail role offers flexibility for those interested in retail sales, cashier duties, or a flexible schedule.

Starting rate: $16.50 per hour. Range: $16.50 – $17.51.

• Engage customers, providing personalized advice on Skechers products to ensure each customer walks away with the perfect choice.
• Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise; this includes lifting and carrying shoes and boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments and ensuring customers leave with a great final impression.
• Keep up to date on Skechers’ latest footwear, apparel, and accessories, sharing product details to improve the customer experience and boost sales.
• Collaborate with team members to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards.

• Deliver top‑notch customer service in an entry‑level retail role.
• Meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Be reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail sales, customer service, or cashier experience a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
