Tecovas, a pioneer in western footwear and apparel, seeks a Full‑Time Store Manager to lead and inspire an omni‑channel retail experience. The Store Manager will drive sales, create engaging customer experiences, and ensure operational excellence across store operations.
Responsibilities- Leadership & Team Management: Talent planning, hiring, training, and succession planning; provide development and feedback to the team; act as brand ambassador.

Experience:
Build genuine customer connections, elevate service, merchandising and displays, and introduce innovative improvements that drive sales. - Visual & Business Operations: Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, delegate effectively, and manage visual execution while maintaining profitability.
- Communication & Relationships: Set clear objectives, foster teamwork, and lead change to achieve a consistent store experience.
- 5+ years Retail Store Management experience (Multi‑Unit Management highly desired)
- Exceptional leadership, selling and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
- Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
- Experience in coaching, counseling and conflict resolution
- Excellent character, honesty, and transparency
- High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
- Ability to stand, walk, reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as needed for inventory tasks
- Ability to lift up to 30 lb regularly
- Ability to perform store maintenance tasks
- Reliable commute to the work location
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Competitive salary of $75k–$78k (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
