Retail Store Manager

Tecovas, a pioneer in western footwear and apparel, seeks a Full‑Time Store Manager to lead and inspire an omni‑channel retail experience. The Store Manager will drive sales, create engaging customer experiences, and ensure operational excellence across store operations.

• Leadership & Team Management: Talent planning, hiring, training, and succession planning; provide development and feedback to the team; act as brand ambassador.

• Visual & Business Operations: Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, delegate effectively, and manage visual execution while maintaining profitability.

• 5+ years Retail Store Management experience (Multi‑Unit Management highly desired)
• Exceptional leadership, selling and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
• Experience in coaching, counseling and conflict resolution
• Excellent character, honesty, and transparency

• High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
• Ability to stand, walk, reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as needed for inventory tasks
• Ability to lift up to 30 lb regularly
• Ability to perform store maintenance tasks
• Reliable commute to the work location
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

• Competitive salary of $75k–$78k (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
