Job

Overview

As a Fulfillment Colleague, you play a key role in creating a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our omni‑channel customers. This role blends sales‑floor engagement with back‑of‑house fulfillment responsibilities—selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders with care, and assisting with in‑store and curbside pickup. You greet customers with genuine hospitality, resolve issues with professionalism, and ensure every interaction is smooth and positive.

Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence help drive sales, strengthen customer loyalty, and support overall store success.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact, reviewing goals, learning new products, and preparing the store for success.
  • Receive merchandise, tag items, and organize the stockroom to maintain a smooth operation.
  • Focus on the customer—greeting warmly, actively listening, resolving issues, and building trust through helpful interactions on the floor, during curbside pickups, or via accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves.
  • Finish strong—sharing Loyalty program benefits, ensuring customers have everything they need, and ending with a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer's name.
  • Wrap up the day by organizing the stockroom, completing orders, and setting the team up for the next day.
  • Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration so we can better serve our customers and communities.
  • Strive for excellence—improving daily, achieving sales goals, and learning from each other to deliver individual and store results.
Schedule

Full‑time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part‑time colleagues are scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts. Hours may vary based on business needs and colleague availability. Information regarding hours per week needed for benefit eligibility purposes can be found here.

Who You Are
  • Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
  • Committed to meeting daily sales goal challenges and acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
  • Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
  • Resourceful, eager to start a new venture, and able to adapt to changing priorities while working well both independently and as a team.

Physical Requirements

  • Maintain close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register transactions.
What We Can Offer You
  • Diverse, inclusive environment with competitive pay and benefits.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness coverage and a 401(k) match.
  • Paid time off and eight paid holidays.
  • Continuous learning and leadership development opportunities.
