ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Associate, also known as a "Product Specialist," you will engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level retail role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Starting rate: $17

Hourly pay range: $17 – 18.25

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer leaves with the right choice.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals.
• Store Operations: Maintain store presentation through organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. This includes lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and standing most of the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Accurately process payments and ensure customers depart with a positive experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories, sharing details to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
