KEI Outdoors is seeking a Guest Service team member to deliver exceptional, outdoor-inspired retail experiences. In this role, you'll greet and assist customers in-store and online, recommend gear and apparel, and support orders, returns, and questions across multiple channels. You'll help keep displays sharp, gather customer feedback, and contribute ideas to elevate our e commerce and retail experience. Ideal candidates are passionate about the outdoors, comfortable with basic digital tools, and energized by helping customers plan their next adventure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in-store and online with a warm, service-first approach
• Provide product recommendations on outdoor gear, apparel, and accessories based on customer needs
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving issues promptly
• Process orders, exchanges, and returns accurately using POS and e commerce platforms
• Maintain product displays and stock, ensuring a clean, organized, and adventure-ready store environment
• Gather and share customer feedback with the team to improve products and the shopping experience
• Support online merchandising, including product listings, descriptions, and basic content updates
• Collaborate with teammates to meet service, sales, and customer satisfaction goals
