• Customer Engagement:
  Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person or by phone, provide expert recommendations and accurate estimates, and guide customers through the order process.
• Marketing Execution:
  Implement store marketing strategies and engage in telemarketing to foster new business opportunities.
• Sales Support:
  Process work orders with precision, secure necessary down payments, and finalize payments upon project completion.
• Relationship Management:
  Maintain strong relationships with vendors for sourcing and with the production team to ensure clarity and quality in orders.
• Operational Excellence:
  Assist in store operations, handle administrative tasks such as reporting and invoicing, and maintain a clean and professional store appearance.

• Strong proficiency in computer operations, including Windows Office and POS systems.
• Excellent command of the English language with strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills.
• Understanding of basic sales and telemarketing principles.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage frequent computer use.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour
