Front of House – Wine Focused
We’re seeking a guest-focused Front of House team member with wine knowledge, strong POS skills, and proven upselling ability. Works with food running and other tasks as well.
Key responsibilities:- Provide elevated guest service with wine recommendations
- Upsell wine, bottles, and pairings
- Accurately operate POS and manage transactions
- Wine knowledge or strong interest in learning
- POS experience (Orderport)
- Confident communicator with a sales-minded approach
