Sales Agent – $100k earning potential with uncapped commissions.

• Source, develop leads, and prospect continuously.
• Network to generate new business opportunities.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to qualify and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life insurance licences.
• Computer proficiency and strong organisational skills.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen.

Hourly rate of $28.85. Full‑time agents who meet sales goals earn on average $99,600–$121,700 annually with uncapped commissions when exceeding goals.
