** Responsibilities:
*** Present vehicle attributes, model options, features
* Review purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
* Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
* Track customers using store specific management system/s.
* Keep up to date of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge products, features and accessories.  Attend product and training courses.

* Qualifications:

*** Experience in automotive sales, preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
* Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
* Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700 . This position is also eligible for commissions on (“Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit”) and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability"). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
