Job Overview
Financial Center Service Associate – 1st shift, 40 hours per week, located at 31934 Temecula Pkwy, Redhawk Plaza, Temecula, CA.
Core Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for financial center clients, uncovering personal banking needs for individuals and small‑business clients.
- Partner with teams to provide consumer and small‑business solutions, services, and strategies, guiding clients through their life priorities.
- Educate and train clients on using self‑service technologies and conduct simple transactions.
- Leverage available resources, technologies, and processes to optimize the client experience and achieve operational excellence.
- Open and maintain accounts in accordance with established processes, laws, and guidelines.
- Deliver exceptional client care through proactive outbound calls, consistent follow‑up, and personalized interactions.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements while taking the best course of action for the bank and its clients.
- Assist in managing client interactions and resolving issues, ensuring a positive experience.
- Minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience in a relationship‑oriented, client‑centric environment.
- Strong work ethic, self‑starter with intense focus on results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging clients in‑person and by phone.
- Ability to identify solutions for clients based on their needs.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective time management, able to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Committed to acting in the best interest of the client.
- Commissioned notary or ability to obtain a notary commission within a few months of start date.
- Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours; may be scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Must be a commissioned notary or able to obtain one in the state where the role is located within a few months of start date.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
- Experience working in a financial center meeting or exceeding goals.
- Retail and/or sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment.
- Experience with financial information, spreadsheets, and financial skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications and prior laptop usage.
- Active listening, business acumen, customer focus, oral communication, problem solving, account management, client experience, branding, client management, client solutions, advisory, relationship building, business development, pipeline management, prospecting, referral identification, and referral management.
Hourly Pay: $25.97 – $31.75, depending on experience, education, and skill set.
Formulaic incentive plan available based on performance metrics.
