As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague (Beauty Advisor), you serve as the trusted expert for beauty products. Your role involves educating customers, conducting product demonstrations, and providing personalized consultations. You build lasting client relationships, proactively grow a client base, and consistently exceed sales goals.

• Greet customers, creating a welcoming and personal interaction.
• Educate customers on product benefits, provide makeup application demonstrations, and recommend skincare solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and counter.
• Refresh signage, pricing, and support merchandise moves to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Leverage the Loyalty program and clienteling tools to promote offers, new launches, and sales events.
• Use point‑of‑sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions.
• Track daily sales goals and report performance metrics.

• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules.
• Proactive customer‑service mindset; ability to build relationships and conduct tailored beauty consultations.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to keep a shoppable space and manage point‑of‑sale technology.
• Ability to open credit accounts, share loyalty benefits, and handle transactions with accuracy.

• Standing for two consecutive hours and lifting at least 25 lbs.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
• Vision requirements: clear vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment for processing transactions.
