Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site SaaS Sales Executive role based in Temecula, CA. The SaaS Sales Executive will prospect and qualify leads, build and manage a sales pipeline, and conduct product demonstrations for SiRcom’s emergency mass notification and SaaS solutions. The role involves preparing proposals and quotes, responding to RFPs and RFQs, negotiating contract terms, and closing new business with public sector, enterprise, and institutional customers.
The SaaS Sales Executive will collaborate closely with technical, engineering, and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping and successful handoff of new projects. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining CRM records, forecasting sales, attending customer meetings and industry events, and providing ongoing account management and upsell opportunities.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, ideally in public safety, emergency communications, security, or related industries.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing new business.
- Ability to deliver persuasive product presentations, demos, and technical overviews to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience preparing proposals, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and negotiating pricing and contract terms.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot or similar) and basic sales reporting and forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clear documentation and professional email and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship‑building, consultative selling abilities, and a customer‑centric mindset.
- Comfort working with cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, product) to support complex or customized solutions.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, trade shows, and industry events.
