Job Summary

- Introduce customers to parts, service, F&I, and general merchandise departments.
- Utilize floor time effectively to meet the customer’s needs and solicit sales.
- Consistently use established procedures for tagging, proper storage, and warranty item handling.
- Ensure customers are aware of all product features and benefits.
- Complete all paperwork correctly and on time.
- Push motorcycles out of the store in the morning and move them back in the evening, ensuring they are lined up, priced, cleaned, and ready for sale.
- Actively develop prospects and demonstrate to each customer the advantages of products over competing brands.
- Ride new vehicles from service to showroom floor after PDI.
- Be polite, friendly, and greet customers promptly; consistently follow the outlined sales process.
- Verify that customers are qualified for their wants, needs, and ability to buy.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and a pleasant attitude to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure consistent treatment of customers by following documented procedures.
- Conduct telephone transactions courteously and promptly.
- Use vehicle deliveries to create events that foster customer loyalty.
- Follow the 12‑Step Sales Process and contact customers through Victory Solutions, mailing lists, and personal follow‑up to promote additional sales and satisfaction.
- Perform pre‑delivery inspections and road tests before delivery.
- Attend pertinent training and stay current with sales techniques and department concerns.
- Ensure that the delivery to the customer is an "EVENT" that endears them to the dealership.
- Make 20 outbound call attempts and 7 connects daily on average; log five greetings with phone number, name, and email daily on average.
- Participate in morning training and complete training modules.
- Practice the "FISH" philosophy from the FISH book (required reading).
