Position: Internet Sales Consultant

Pay: Commission-based, estimated annually $46,500 – $154,000

Schedule: Open availability to work any day/shift. Business

Hours:

Monday – Sunday: 9am – 9pm

• Respond to phone, text, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner.
• Convert leads into showroom appointments.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide prompt follow‑ups.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities.
• Manage customer communications through our CRM system.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery.

• Auto Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience: REQUIRED.
• Experience in appointment setting and sales performance.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, organized, and results‑driven.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $46,500 - $154,000. This position is also eligible for commissions on Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit and/or bonus opportunities on Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Appropriability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job‑related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
