Manager - Security

Reporting to the Director of Environment of Care, this position manages personnel involved in establishing, promoting, and maintaining hospital security and property protection programs by performing duties personally and through subordinates.

• Manage personnel involved in establishing, promoting, and maintaining hospital security and property protection programs.

• 5 years' experience in the field of law enforcement and/or security management.
• 1–2 years manager experience required.
• High school graduate/equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Current Guard Card required.
• Assaultive Behavior Management certification (CPI) required within 45 days of hire.
• Current CA driver license required.
• Required to work in all types, outdoors, high heat, cold, and wet, noisy. May be required to work long hours in emergencies.
