The Casino Service Technician installs, maintains , troubleshoots, and repairs Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs) at casino locations while providing excellent customer service. This is a field-based role requiring up to 75% travel .

Install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain EGMs and associated systems.

Perform diagnostics, testing, software updates, and preventive maintenance.

Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.

Build strong customer relationships and provide responsive technical support.

Support installations, conversions, and other field service projects.

Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required gaming licenses.

1+ year of electronic equipment repair/troubleshooting experience or relevant certification.

Strong technical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Basic electrical and networking knowledge.

Ability to safely use hand/power tools and maneuver equipment up to 400 lbs. with assistance .

Ability to work independently and maintain a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call .

Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight and out-of-state travel.

Casino or land-based gaming experience.

Experience with EGMs and casino floor schematics.

Field-based role requiring frequent travel by car or plane to casino locations. Overnight and weekend travel may be required based on business needs.
