Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to safely transport heavy equipment and materials to and from job sites, from our yard in South Temecula. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Kenworth T880 with a Super 10 and tandem axle trailer
• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload heavy equipment
• Haul materials including dirt, demolition debris, shoring, and aggregate
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Communicate effectively with field operations, office staff, and job site personnel
• Represent Trinity’s core values at all times

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
• Minimum 5 years of dump truck with trailer experience
• Experience hauling heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of load securement and DOT regulations
• Ability to operate equipment such as loaders or forklifts (preferred)
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings and be enrolled in DMV Pull Notice Program
• Dependable with a strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb on and off equipment and trailers
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits

• $22 – $32 per hour, depending on experience
