Warehouse Representative

This position is directly involved in all daily warehouse operations. Responsible for the picking and packing of sales orders, receiving inbound goods and facility maintenance. This position requires interaction with freight carriers, fellow warehouse personnel, customer service and internal management.

• Assist in the set up and preparation of picking isles, packing and processing stations. This may involve the assembly and stocking of shipping supplies and ensuring all areas involved are prepared for daily shipping processes.
• Pick products/quantities/lot numbers accurately and efficiently from bin locations according to assigned pick jobs for FFF customer orders.
• Package outbound FFF shipments according to established procedures to ensure the accuracy of the shipment and that it arrives damage free.
• Accurately process FFF orders through the EWM/ShipERP interface in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist in the Completion and filing the monthly Facility Maintenance Report according to established procedures.
• Assist in the unloading and staging of inbound FFF receipts.
• Assist in the loading of outbound FFF shipments.
• Work together with fellow warehouse personnel to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Comply with OSHA and other appropriate standards.
• Continuously strive to improve processes, service quality to internal and external customers.
• Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.

• Ensure conduct is consistent with all Compliance Program Policies and procedures when engaging in any activity on behalf of the company. Immediately report any concerns or violations.

Preferred Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience:

• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a warehouse environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in the medical industry a plus.
