Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming materials and supplies to ensure inventory integrity.
• Pull, stage, and deliver materials to production lines promptly to support manufacturing efficiency.
• Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling techniques.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, maintaining precise records within our inventory management systems (ERP/WMS).
• Prepare products for shipment by packaging according to company standards and ensuring quality control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
• Support general warehouse functions and assist with manufacturing support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Forklift certification or experience is preferred; training available for the right candidate.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry; experience with inventory systems is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
