Junior Staff Accountant

Schedule

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, onsite

Compensation: $50k to $60k

An established automotive company in Phoenix is looking to add a Junior Staff Accountant to their team. This role supports daily accounting operations and plays an important part in maintaining accurate financial records across multiple entities.

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
• Support timely customer payments and complete collections outreach when needed
• Assist with daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
• Enter employee credit card reimbursements and verify documentation
• Help with month end close activities
• Perform multi entity bill entry which is a major part of this role
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records
• Work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies

• Minimum of two years of accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail especially with multi entity entry
• Strong Excel skills including formulas and data review
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Clear and professional communication skills

Onsite in Phoenix
