We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Controller with a strong background in manufacturing to support day‑to‑day accounting operations, improve financial processes, and partner closely with operations leadership.
What You’ll Do- Lead daily accounting functions (AP/AR, month‑end close, GL, reconciliations)
- Support GAAP financial statement preparation
- Partner with operations on production variances and inventory accuracy
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CMA preferred)
- 2–5+ years of accounting experience in manufacturing
- Strong cost accounting & inventory accounting knowledge
- Experience with ERP systems (manufacturing-focused)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive
- High‑impact role with room for growth
- Collaborative environment within a stable, growing manufacturer
