Position Overview

We are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team. This role is critical in ensuring our financial records are flawless and our vendors are paid accurately and on time. You will be responsible for a specific end-to-end data entry process, transitioning financial data from our internal software into Quick Books Online.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately retrieve and review invoices from our internal operations software.
• Perform manual verification (stamping and coding) of invoices to ensure all required approvals are met.
• Efficiently enter invoice data into Quick Books Online with 100% accuracy.
• Maintain organized digital and physical files according to company SOPs.
• Self-audit work to identify and correct any discrepancies before finalizing entries.
