LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in Tempe who is in search of a bookkeeper to join their team. This is a fully onsite role, with a Monday-Friday schedule. The salary range is between $60,000-$65,000.
Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable including invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliations.
* Handle Accounts Receivable including invoicing, cash applications, collections, and customer account maintenance.
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely posting of transactions.
* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
* Assist with month-end closing activities and journal entries.
* Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies.
* Prepare financial reports and support accounting management as needed.
* Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment inquiries and account issues.
* Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
* Required:
Hands-on experience with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
* Experience with account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
* SAP experience is a plus, but not required.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
