Fiscal Specialist – Banking Operations

• Perform a variety of financial accounting transaction reviews
• Process all banking-related accounting transactions for Accounts Payable and Payroll bank accounts across all campuses
• Complete annual Unclaimed Property reporting to the State of Arizona
• Handle bank supplies, daily bank exception reviews, deposit correction reviews, and monthly bank downloads
• Maintain, verify, and monitor accounts, files, documents, and records
• Provide Treasury-related support and assistance to students and staff

• 1-3 years of work experience
• Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel
• Data entry experience
• Financial experience
• Phoenix metro residents only
• Current location must appear on resume
