Staff Accountant

LHH is partnering with a well-established organization seeking a Staff Accountant to support accounting operations, financial reporting, and cross-functional business initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Support operational accounting and financial reporting activities
• Analyze financial data and investigate variances
• Partner with business leaders to improve processes and controls
• Contribute to projects related to accounting operations and compliance
• Support ad hoc analysis and special initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Experience working within a midsize or large organization preferred
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operational teams
• ERP experience is a plus
