One of our healthcare clients is looking to hire a Credit Resolution Specialist for a full-time, onsite position in Tempe, AZ!
What You’ll Do- Manage and resolve outstanding customer and account balances
- Research account discrepancies and determine appropriate resolutions
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding balances, payments, and account questions
- Follow up on aging accounts and outstanding items
- Maintain accurate documentation of account activity and resolution efforts
- Partner with internal teams to resolve billing, payment, and account issues
- Meet established productivity and quality goals
- Provide professional, solutions-focused customer service throughout the resolution process
- collections, credit resolution, accounts receivable, billing, revenue cycle, or a related customer-facing financial role
- Healthcare experience - most recently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling account and payment-related conversations
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to research issues and problem-solve independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Quarterly bonus, up to 20% annually
- Sign-on bonus of $7,500
