Job Overview:

Fleet Operations Coordinator - Tempe and Tucson, AZ

The Fleet Operations Coordinator will perform daily vendor invoice control activities in the Fleet department, including maintaining accurate records of incoming/outgoing invoices and supporting vehicle registration operations and fleet shop records.

Through digital invoicing, the Coordinator will identify discrepancies in costs, labor, and warranty opportunities, reporting findings to the Fleet Manager/Supervisor. The role also involves coordinating third-party repairs and processing related invoices.

Ideal candidates should have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and at least 2 years of clerical experience. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or bending for long periods in a shop/warehouse environment.

Shift and Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Overtime and weekend work as needed

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming invoices in Esker digital system
  • Create and process work orders daily
  • Manage OEM warranty tracking
  • Support vendor coordination for Fleet services
  • Maintain vehicle records and compliance standards

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting at $24/hr

Requirements:

  • 2+ years clerical experience
  • Familiarity with data entry systems and fleet terminology
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/bend for long periods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
