Collins Comfort Masters is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Administrative Assistant in HVAC Service supports a team of service technicians and managers who process a high-volume of service and maintenance of new and existing AC units.

- Reviewing service invoices for accuracy on materials and service performed and special requests
- Partner with Accounting on batching invoices timely
- Parts
- Ordering and pulling parts for technician jobs
- Contacting customers for scheduling parts jobs.
- Warranty
- Filing warranty claims
Receiving/scanning/uploading all warranty certificates - Involvement in extended labor warranties
- Filing warranty claims
- 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office role
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Must be a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
