PositionSummary
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that they provide all required documents and adhere to our quality standards. This role entails communicating with suppliers via email, organizing documentation, and coordinating with our quality team to maintain supplier documents in an accessible and up-to-date manner.
Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesPartners with Purchasing and with vendors to obtain and document raw material specifications and vendor information.
Enter data into Inventory Management systems, Document Control systems, and other databases.
Facilitate the material review process.
Scan, and file Quality related documents such as Certificates of Analysis, allergen statements etc.
Conduct needs assessment to determine when information, documents, records, or signatures are missing or in need of review and take the initiative to take corrective action.
Logs review activities, maintains review status and provides status update reports as needed.
Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures.
Prepare and record changes to official documents and confirm changes with compliance and management staff.
Monitor regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and document management laws.
Adhere to all cGMP’s and good documentation practices.
Provide information or indication of problems to Management or Quality Assurance.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred not required (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn about quality management systems and auditing processes.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning new skills.
