Administrative Support Specialist 1 (Non‑Exempt) – Full time. Pay: $20.00 USD hourly.
Location:
Tempe campus.
Provides routine administrative and programmatic support to leadership.
Essential Duties- Schedule meetings and manage calendars for supervisors.
- Prepare and coordinate recurring and special reports, tabulations, or budgets.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reconcile travel and expense transactions.
- Communicate new or updated procedures and ensure policy manuals are current.
- Classify and organize various records to ensure information accuracy and accessibility.
- Draft professional communications and respond to inquiries or complaints within established guidelines.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for function–related problem solving and support.
- Assist with human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding coordination, personnel data updates, and routine HR inquiries.
- Experience providing exceptional customer service in a professional office environment.
- Ability to reconcile accounts accurately and maintain up‑to‑date records.
- Experience managing supply inventories and handling purchasing and receipting.
- Knowledge of systems such as Workday, People Soft, Concur, and other HRIS platforms.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
