Salary Range: $18 - $20.58 per hour, DOE
Work Schedule:
Up to 19.5 hours per week within Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (academic year)
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Project Management Office. Support staff through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Schedules meetings, types meeting minutes, and generates reports. Reviews and occasionally drafts technical documents. The position involves working with cross‑functional teams balancing numerous time‑sensitive deliverables.
Essential Functions- 40% – Provides administrative support to the Project Management Office.
- 20% – Conducts technical writing in support of high‑profile projects.
- 20% – Assists in the creation and presentation of technology training material.
- 10% – Assists in system testing.
- 10% – Performs related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma or GED
OR
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.
Desired Qualifications- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
May require numerous evenings or weekends;
May require prolonged periods of viewing a computer screen;
May be required to lift or carry up to 25 lbs.
