Overview
Position: Executive Administrative Assistant (Hourly)
Location: Arizona State University – 1151 S Forest Ave, Tempe, AZ 85281 (Openings at other locations within school district available)
Schedule: Monday through Friday. Details available upon interview. (Full or Part Time with flexibility)
Compensation: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour

Job SummaryProvide administrative support to a company executive to enhance effectiveness and client service.
Responsibilities- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answers or directs inquiries.
- Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Attends meetings in executive's absence and delivers and receives messages on executive's behalf.
- Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
- Secures information by completing database backups.
- Maintains and verifies office supplies inventory.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintains and updates professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Previous administrative experience.
