Under the direction of the Warranty Manager and supervision of the Lead Warranty Processing Clerk, Senior Warranty Processing Clerk, responsible for preparing and submitting warranty claims to vehicle manufactures (OEM).
Responsibilities- Prepare warranty claims and input data information to personal computer (PC) files.
- Maintain and update claim files and review for payment/denial.
- Input warranty claims to computer system files and extract data reports and ledger files.
- HS Diploma or some college.
- Eager to learn.
- Automotive experience is a plus.
