Role Overview

Office Manager 1 (Overnight Shift)

Tempe, AZ | Overnight Hours (10PM–6AM, 11PM–7AM, or 12AM–8AM + Weekends) Sodexo Corporate Services – Premier Tech Client

Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a proactive and service‑driven Office Manager 1 to support one of our prestigious, high‑profile tech clients in Tempe, AZ. This role is critical to maintaining a seamless workplace experience in a 24/7 environment
, ensuring employees arriving at all hours feel supported, safe, and set up for success.

What You’ll Do

As an essential overnight leader, you will help keep operations running smoothly while creating a welcoming, well‑managed environment:

  • Employee Access & Support

    • Manage employee badging and access needs
    • Provide responsive, high‑quality support during overnight hours
  • Facilities Coordination

    • Oversee facilities ticket requests and ensure timely resolution
    • Serve as the on‑site liaison for building‑related concerns
  • Workplace Experience

    • Maintain and stock the on‑site micro‑kitchen with snacks and beverages
    • Deliver light food & beverage support to enhance the employee experience
  • Operational Excellence

    • Partner with facilities, janitorial, and events teams to ensure a clean, organized, and functional space
    • Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the workplace running efficiently
  • Team Leadership

    • Lead and support 2 Workplace Coordinators
      , fostering accountability and service excellence
