Job SummaryThe Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This role is responsible for managing front office operations, handling incoming communications, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office functioning.
Responsibilities- Greeting and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in organization and set up of office events, including meeting room scheduling and setup, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Assist with internal communications and basic clerical tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1–2 years of receptionist or administrative experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with good knowledge and skillset in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and customer-service orientation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Indoor office setting with controlled temperature.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally, and move between lobby and adjacent offices.
- All candidates must be willing to submit to a drug and background check.
This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.
