Job Description
Office Services Assistant – A temporary role starting August 17, 2026 through October 15, 2026. The Office Services Assistant provides general clerical and administrative office support to meet daily office and operational needs. This position works closely with the Office Services Manager to keep the office organized and assists associates with optimizing processes and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, including accounts receivable bank drops
- File, fax, scan, print and assemble documents; assist with entering office expenses such as messenger services and invoices
- Set up new hires: assign office or cubicle, retrieve name plates, submit IT tickets, coordinate photo and badge issuance, provide keys, and supply new‑hire materials; clean out offices and cubicles of exiting team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of training rooms, conference rooms, and all office spaces; assist with arranging or dismantling tables and furniture
- Schedule meetings and appointments, prepare conference rooms, and provide reception coverage as needed
- Order and stock office supplies, stationery, and breakroom items (coffee, soda, snacks)
- High School Diploma required
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with office machines, including facsimile, high‑speed copier, multi‑line phone, and 10‑key calculator preferred
- Excellent customer service and client‑focused skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Detail‑oriented and ability to follow directions and procedures; prioritize calls and visitors
- Ability to work independently, follow directions, and adhere to procedures
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
The pay rate range for this position is $19.00 to $25.00 per hour. Actual compensation is influenced by applicant skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, work arrangement, and geographic location.
