Job SummaryThe Senior Legal Administrative Specialist supports the Office of the General Counsel by providing advanced administrative and secretarial support, coordinating projects, and interacting with attorneys, executive leadership, and external partners. The role ensures efficient office operations through meticulous record management, communication, and logistical oversight.
Essential Functions- Administrative Support (70%)
- Schedules, prioritizes, and coordinates meetings, events, and office services.
- Provides specialized administrative support for multiple department professionals.
- Conducts project management tasks such as progress tracking, record organization, agenda drafting, and note-taking.
- Manages the lifecycle of records and documentation, from creation to maintenance.
- Oversees office logistics and fiscal matters, including travel coordination, purchase orders, billing, and workflow improvement.
- Adheres to policies while proactively identifying efficient practices.
- Communication (20%)
- Acts as the primary resource for internal and external inquiries, providing detailed policy information and resolving issues.
- Other Duties (10%) as assigned.
Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of administrative office support or related experience, plus the ability to perform the essential duties listed above. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Desired Qualifications- In‑office presence required for the majority of the time, with some remote flexibility.
- May require prolonged sitting and computer use.
- May require lifting or carrying up to 25 lbs.
